Gordon Humphrey

By Laura Knoy on Wednesday, November 1, 2000.

He's a Republican from Chichester and a former New Hampshire US Senator. Humphrey says the state needs to reign in spending. He's says if elected, he'll veto any income, sales or capital gains taxes and pass a constitutional amendment to do away with so-called "donor towns" under the state-wide property tax.
