A New GOP Strategy for Funding Education

John Dowd, the NH Republican Party's new chairman (www.nhgop.org) has outlined his ideas on solving the state's education funding dilemma. He says it can be done without any new broad-based taxes. One key facet is a constitutional amendment
that would limit the courts' role in education funding. We'll talk with him about that and other aspects of his plan--including a strategy for targeting aid to the neediest schools. And we'll get a different perspective
from former State Senator and former gubernatorial andidate Mary Brown. Laura Knoy hosts.
