MD2 derives its name from Mark, Dave, and Dave, the three Lakes Region musicians who make up the band. Their instrumentals combine elements of jazz, new age, and world music in a blend they call New Edge. Much of their music is inspired by distinctive places in New Hampshire. Their web site is here.
