Berlin Tightens its Belt

City leaders in Berlin are reacting to yesterday?s announcement that American Tissue, the company that owns a key paper mill complex in the area, has declared bankruptcy. The Berlin City Council met last night to discuss the eight-percent, across the board cuts it had already planned to the city budget. NHPR reporter Josh Rogers was there. He spoke earlier this morning with NHPR?s Trish Anderton.
