Next week legislators in New Hampshire will bring the Massachusetts gay marriage debate up north with a bill of its own defining marriage as between a man and a woman. Supporters say that a marital same sex union hurts the institution of marriage while those against the bill say that the allowance of civil unions over gay marriage is discrimination creating "separate but equal" legislation.
