We're going to look at what exactly is heading down into those drains and what the effects on water quality. We'll also look at a new field report that tracks stormwater runoff and explore state-of-the-art technologies used to improve coastal water systems. Our guests are: We'll also hear a short documentary by producer Sean Cole about four towns in Massachusetts that sacrificed themselves to create the Quabbin Resevoir 80 years ago.
