Arizona Senator and Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain

By Laura Knoy on Tuesday, December 18, 2007.

It was only several months ago when some counted John McCain virtually out of the race. His poll numbers were falling, and some had said his money had all but run out. But McCain will be the first to tell you: never count him out. Now only weeks before the Iowa caucus and New Hampshire primary McCain has picked up momentum, with higher poll numbers and a major endorsement by the Union Leader. Today Senator McCain joins us for the second time to talk about his run for president, as well has where he stands on Iraq, Iran, healthcare and immigration.
