Our guest, Drew Westen, says we use our emotions to decide who to vote for more than we use rational thought. He lays out all of his research in his new book, The Political Brain. Tonight, we'll talk with him about his work and what politicians can learn from it.

The Brothers Grim: The Coen Brothers

Journalist Erica Rowell explores some of the universal themes of life through the lens of filmmakers Joel and Ethan Coen. In her new book, The Brothers Grim: The Films of Ethan and Joel Coen, she makes a case that the two cinematic brothers exploit and subvert universal storytelling modes with a range of sophisticated pranks. The Coen's new film No Country for Old Men comes out this fall; it's based on the novel by Cormac McCarthy.
