Description:
This is a soft, spiritual yoga practice which includes non-sectarian prayer, self healing tips, yoga posture, chi kung and mediation. It has been likened to the lightning path to raise the Kundalini and develop psychic awareness and improved health. Shugendo Yoga is recognized by the World Yoga Hall of Fame and World Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
