Description:
Kosho Hoho Yooga is a passive, gentle, internal style martial art based off internal energy and the practices of its 800 year old Japanese warrior monk lineage. Recognized by the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame, Action Martial Arts Magazine Hall of Fame and the World Karate Union Hall of Fame. Kosho Hoho Yooga includes studies of martial application, healing and metaphysical studies and has been featured in numerous martial arts journals internationally. Ages 14 and up.
