Event Description

Pre-teens and teens will come together in a non-competitive environment to practice yoga, learn mindfulness meditation, and breathing techniques to help calm and restore the body, as well as engage in Mindful Art and Self-Reflection Activities. Most of all, we will have fun while learning new methods for creating calm amidst the chaos of life! The idea with this class will be to get to know one's inner-self, and explore how we relate to the rest of the world. Ages 11-16 years old
