Between school, work, activities, chasing toddlers and trying to make it to that Yoga class you’ve been dying to try you somehow have to figure out how to feed your family. And of course you want to feed them healthy, homemade meals whenever possible! If you’ve been struggling to get healthy meals and snacks on the table join us for this Busy Mama Meal Prep Class. A little meal prepping can go a long way to give you healthy and delicious meals even when you don’t feel like cooking, easy and accessible snacks for when hunger strikes and peace of mind going in to your busy week. All it takes is a couple of hours and you’ll be setting yourself up for healthy eating success! In this class we’ll go over some tips and tricks to make the most of your meal prepping time and you’ll go home with some healthy snacks and meals made with love for your family! This prepping session can accommodate most dietary preferences. It is completely dairy free, gluten free with one small substitution, refined sugar free and can be made nut free. It is not vegan but a vegan option can be offered. If you require any special dietary accommodations please let the instructor know so we can be prepared with substitutions so you will be able to get the most out of the class.
