Maggie Hassan has signed <a href="">Senate Bill 99,</a> which calls for a study of the state’s important <a href="">Site Evaluation Committee’s </a>“organization, structure and process.”</p><p>The committee &nbsp;reviews major utility projects, which would include Northern Pass Transmission.
