Merry Month of May 2012 Fund Drive - Rules and Regulations
May 14 - May 20
No purchase or online entry necessary to be entered in drawings. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States of America (including the District of Columbia) and Canada, 18 or older. Various drawings will be conducted during and at the completion of New Hampshire Public Radio's 2012 Merry Month of May Fund Drive and no later than June 15, 2012.
All times referenced in drawing is Eastern Time.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Drawing Entities (defined as New Hampshire Public Radio, its service providers, and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of these drawings and their advertising & promotion agencies & each of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, and representatives and any other person/entity associated with the drawings, and their immediate families & members of their same households) are ineligible.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected in random drawings during or at the conclusion of New Hampshire Public Radio’s 2012 Merry Month of May Fund Drive and no later than June 15, 2012. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of NHPR and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by phone. If potential winners cannot be reached after 5 days from first notification attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and alternate winners selected.
All taxes are the responsibility of the winners.
GENERAL: By participating in NHPR Drawings, participants agree that New Hampshire Public Radio, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the drawings. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for prizes of equal or greater value. Acceptance of the prizes indicates acceptance of all the contingencies inherent to the prizes offered, including the date and time period specified (if any). Winner agrees to abide by all contingencies and components of the prizes or forfeit the prizes. New Hampshire Public Radio may use winner's name and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning prizes are the winner's responsibility. Winners will receive an IRS form 1099 with the value of prize winning at year-end.
RESTRICTIONS:By participating in NHPR drawings, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the contest judges.
Notchland Inn Get-Away Package and White Mountains Attractions Association Passes:
Notchland Inn Get-Away Package: Gift certificate is not redeemable for cash and is subject to availability. Bearer is responsible for 9% New Hampshire tax and any dinner or bar bill, tax and gratuity. A two night minimum stay is required for most stays that include a Saturday. Not valid 9/21/12 through 10/14/12 or 12/21/12 through 01/02/13 or 02/17/13 through 02/19/13. Additional nights or use during the above “blackout periods” may be possible, subject to availability.
Notchland Inn’s 5-course dinner is available five nights a week (Wednesday through Sunday) at $40/person for guests staying at the inn. Dinner is served in a single seating at 7 pm and lasts 2 to 2½ hours. Advance reservations are required. (Dinner price is subject to change.)
White Mountains Attractions Association Passes (aka The White Mountain Value Pass): Winner will receive 2 tickets to each of the 16 attractions:

The White Mountains Value Pass provides 2 adult admissions to each of the 16 White Mountains Attractions. The tickets are transferable among people but not for resale and no refunds are given. The passbook is valid anytime during the 2012 Summer/Fall season.
