President Bush has announced plans to overhaul the nation?s health care system for seniors. His first initiative will be to provide prescription drug discount cards. He?ll also push to increase services and choices for Medicare recipients. We?ll discuss the pros and cons of Bush?s plan and how it relates to Congressional action.
