The film "Islander looks at rejection, isolation and the struggle for redemption in a small fishing village off the coast of Maine. It was shot on Vinalhaven and in Rockland and it tells the tale of insiders versus outsiders and looks at the double-edged-sword of a close-knit community. We'll meet the filmmakers and the lead actor of the movie, Islander as the film prepares for nationwide release.
