The State of the Nation's Housing 2007

Prices rose, rose some more, then plateaued, and began to fall, as did appreciations and what began to rise...foreclosures. It’s how economists are describing the last two years of the housing market, and although the future still doesn’t look rosy, what may be the saving grace...the wave of new immigrants who may be our future buyers.
