Michael Whitman of Lyme, NH, is the organizer of ?Before Their Time,? a CD consisting of music designed to help survivors cope with an early or unexpected death, from suicide, accident, or for any other cause. Whitman was inspired to pursue the project after the death of his teenaged son and he talks about how the music can play a role in the grieving process. ?Before Their Time? is also the name of non-profit organization, which uses the money generated from sales of the CD to support hospice and suicide-prevention groups in the Upper Valley. www.beforetheirtime.org This was originally broadcast in April of this year.
