Imagine the editorial meeting when the Atlantic Monthly staff starts to discuss its “Ideas” issue. All those brainiacs in one room, debating the ideas that helped shape the national conversation in the past year. This year’s list includes The Surge, My Space Politics, Not Bombing Iran and Renting. Deputy Editor Scott Stossel joins Word of Mouth to explain the top 11 (and a half) ideas that are shaping our culture.
