convention

I am listening to your coverage of the convention as I write this and I have to say I am disappointed in all the talking head noise. I tuned in to hear the convention activities, not more of the media's opinions and chat. I don't need for you to interpret anything for me. I can think for myself. A great event is taking place and you are walking all over it.

Incredible

I completely agree with the comment above. As I am listening to the convention tonight, your announcers are talking over all the speakers!
One announcer tells me "Now we're hearing from a truck-driver a home-maker etc.." Well no. We are NOT hearing from them because YOU are talking all over them! This is outrageous!
I am interested in listening to the convention, not the NPR talking heads.

Republican Convention

If there were a better reason to turn to another source to hear the convention, I can think of none greater than NPR's almost total talking over the happenings on the floor.
Please tell me what is more important. Listening to the speakers or the chatterboxes that block out all else.
