What's The Future of Books?

By Avishay Artsy on Monday, September 15, 2008.

On Wednesday, we’ll be discussing the enormous changes taking place in the book business. It’s going through an enormous transition - sales have become stagnant, CEO’s are quickly being replaced, big-name authors are jumping from one publishing house to another, and electronic books could replace paper as the dominant medium.

We want to hear what you think about the future of the publishing industry. What can save the book business? Is television and the Internet to blame for lagging sales? Could publishing less books be a good thing? Let us know what you think.
