Biden traveled to Rochester and Manchester today.

The Delaware Senator outlined the tax package the Democrats would introduce if elected.

"Not one single person making less than $250,000 a year is going to see a single penny increase in their taxes. And 95 percent are going to get a serious tax cut. There are the facts."

Biden says some 800,000 New Hampshire residents would get a tax cut.

Biden says the country would pay for the change by increasing taxes on the wealthy and eliminating off-shore tax shelters.

Biden's Republican counterpart, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, is scheduled to campaign in the state on Wednesday.
