Laura talks with Nancy Girard, director of the Conservation Law Foundation's New Hampshire Advocacy Center www.clf.org, David Goethel, owner and operator of fishing vessel "Ellen Diane," and Eric Bilsky, senior attorney with Oceana, an ocean protection advocacy organization www.oceana.org.
