Many people are calling for reform of the electoral college system as the way to elect a president in the U.S. Reform proposals range from slightly tweaking the system to abolishing it altogether. But supporters of the system say it's the best way for smaller states like New Hampshire to have a voice. Steve talks with Republican activist and former NH attorney general Tom Rath and Jeff Taylor, attorney and Vermont elector.
