Much of Manchester's history is intertwined with the Quebecois who came to New Hampshire to work in the mills. They were some of Manchester�s first immigrants. We discuss their history with Francoise Elise, executive director of the Centre Franco-Americain, explore what Franco-American culture is still evident in the city, and the role of the Centre Franco-Americain in both documenting and promoting the culture.
