As part of her "EXCEL NH" plan, Governor Shaheen
proposes a 2.5% sales tax to fund public education. The tax has received mixed reviews from the state's business community--pitting retailers against other business leaders. Laura talks with Nancy Kyle, President of the Retail Merchants Association of NH (www.rmanh.org),
