Joe Monninger and his partner were looking for a house, when they came across a barn that had been converted into a summer place. They bought it and moved in. Then it was a race against the calendar to make it liveable before winter came. They made it, but along the way there were a lot of surprises - pleasant and unpleasant. This interview originally aired in November of 2001.
