Acoustic guitarist Ed Gerhard

Ed Gerhard has been playing guitar since he was a teenager. He released his first album 14 years ago, and has produced five others since, with another one on the way. He grew up in Philadelphia, but he and his guitars have found a home in Center Strafford, New Hampshire. He stopped by to talk about his music, other performers who've influenced his own work, and why he concentrates on a style that doesn't necessarily promise the fame and riches of a major record-label contract.
