The Lost Sutras of Jesus

Thomas Moore is a writer on spirituality from Wilton, New Hampshire. He?s written several books and is probably best known for Care of the Soul and The Soul?s Religion. He joins us to tell the story of some newly-discovered writings by a band of Christian monks who traveled to China in the 7th Century. They wrote their own version of the gospel -- a rich blend of the Bible, Buddhism, and Taoism. The Sutras were rediscovered only a few years ago. He an Ray Reigert have recently published The Lost Sutras of Jesus which tells the story of the monks and presents the sutras in translation.
