Steve Wood grows dozens of different kinds of apples at Poverty Lane Orchards in West Lebanon. Some are not meant to be eaten. They are special varieties that produce fine hard cider in the European style. His Farnum Hill Ciders are being served at some of New York's top restaurants. We'll take a tour of his orchard and cidery.
