Bill Bryson lives in Hanover and he?s written some of the best and funniest travel books around. He?s best known for A Walk in the Woods, Notes from a Small Island, and In a Sunburned Country. He?s journeyed across the US, Europe and Australia, and walked the Appalachian Trail, but his new book is not about travel. It?s called, A Short History of Nearly Everything. It starts with an explanation of the Big Bang and goes right through the present day in typical witty, yet informative, Bryson style.
