A Life in Alternative Rock

Gary Smith is a producer, manager and promoter. For almost 20 years, he was a key figure in the Boston music scene. Then he got out of the big city and moved to a farm in Walpole, New Hampshire. His business is across the border in Bellows Falls, Vermont. He'd like to see the town become a destination for music and the arts.
