By John Walters on Tuesday, December 30, 2003.
Food Week continues with a life in the kitchen. Jim Haller was the creative genius behind the Blue Strawbery, the restaurant that made Portsmouth a destination for fine dining. Jim?s written several cookbooks, but his latest book, Vie de France, is an account of a month he spent living in a French village. There, he rediscovered his love of food and preparing a good meal. He?ll talk about his experiences in France and his career in cuisine. This originally aired in August 2002.
