Food Week continues with the joy of Cuban cuisine. Ramona Abella was born in Cuba, but her family left when Castro came to power. Today, she lives on the seacoast of New Hampshire and still loves her homeland?s food the best. She?s written a book on Cuban cuisine called The Cuban Cuisine Primer. She says it?s easy to add a little Cuban flavor to your cooking? with a little garlic, a lot of lime, and some common spices.
