A new bill in the legislature would allow New Hampshire residents to carry a concealed weapon without a permit. It passed the Senate by a narrow margin and now moves to the House. His guests are Senator Joe Foster, a Democrat representing Nashua and a lawyer, and Senator Bob Boyce, a Republican representing Alton Bay and co-sponsor of the bill.
