The New Hampshire attorney general's office says it won't release the body-cam video of police fatally shooting a man in Bath at this time because it's still part of an ongoing investigation.
Authorities say the incident was caught on video by the two Haverhill officers who shot to death 42-year-old Hagan Esty-Lennon of Canterbury, after stopping him walking along Route 302 in Bath Monday.
The officers were responded to a car crash nearby and report of a man with a weapon a stab wound to the chest.
The attorney general's office says Esty-Lennon ignored their commands to stop, then turned and lunged at the officers while holding the knife.
He was shot six times and died. Officials say the officers are on paid administrative leave, pursuant to department policy.
