An Anti-Bullying Agreement

New Hampshire’s anti-bullying law was signed into law in 2010, and was implemented last September. A number of high-profile bullying cases have made the news over the past few years, including the forced-tattooing of a special-needs student at Concord High School.  The Concord Monitor’s Sarah Palermotalked to parents and administrators to see how the state law designed to prevent bullying is faring.
