Ben Sollee is Ditching the Van

Planning a road trip this summer,why not go by bike? That’s what singer- songwriter and cellist Ben Sollee is doing with his cello, equipment, and merchandise in tow. Ben and his band are performing at the Portsmouth music hall on Saturday August 4th. It’s the next stop on their “Ditch the Van” tour that kicked off at the Newport Folk Festival last weekend.  Word of Mouth intern Emma Ruddock caught up with Ben Solee before a recent concert in Boston and produced this audio postcard.
