Perseids And Supermoon Both Visible This Weekend

The “old faithful” of meteor shows appears this weekend. The Perseids make an appearance once a year, and this year, the shower peaks between August 10 and August 13.

Sunday August 10 will also be the largest and brightest full moon of the year.

Kelly Beatty of Sky & Telescope magazine joins Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson with details on the best locations and times to see the Perseid meteor shower and supermoon.
