Puerto Rico's Debt Crisis: Who's To Blame And What Can Be Done?

The U.S. territory of Puerto Rico has more than $70 billion in debt it can’t pay. Some are calling the island America’s Greece. Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson looks at the roots of the problem with someone who wrote a report on the island’s financial crisis.

Anne Krueger is a former official with the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, and currently a professor of economics at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
