Elon Musk’s SpaceX is set to launch yet another of its rockets into space early Thursday morning. The Falcon 9 will liftoff from Cape Canaveral, Florida, aiming to send the JCSAT-14, an Asian communications satellite, into orbit 22,300 miles up. Launches for SpaceX are becoming more routine as it grows and deals with earlier problems, but it is also working towards larger goals, including its recently announced mission to land a spacecraft on Mars. Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson speaks with Johana Bhuiyan of Re/code about the launch, as well as SpaceX’s broader mission.
