'Spymasters' Documentary Goes Into The Minds Of CIA Leaders

The Central Intelligence Agency has come under scrutiny multiple times in the past two decades, over the use of enhanced interrogation techniques and drones against people suspected of terrorism.

As a new Showtime documentary points out, those who have led the agency have struggled with the ethics of those tactics.

The Spymasters: CIA in the Crosshairs” features the 12 living CIA directors talking about the decisions they’ve had to make.

Chris Whipple, writer and co-executive producer of “The Spymasters,” speaks with Here & Now’s Indira Lakshmanan about the film, which premieres this coming Saturday.
