It has been 130 days since a masked gunman took the lives of five people on Cleveland’s east side. All of the victims were African-American, including a mother who was seven months pregnant.
Police are no closer to solving the case today than they were at the start. Public attention faded quickly when during the same weekend as the mass murder, a white Cleveland police officer shot a 12-year-old African-American boy, Tamir Rice.
From the Here & Now Contributors Network, David Molpus of WCPN reports on the homicides that appear to have gone under the radar.
