Work continues in Berlin as NHPR replaces its existing radio tower with a more modern piece of equipment.
The old tower came down Oct. 16 to make way for a new one.
The new tower is designed to provide North Country listeners on WECV in the Berlin area with service for years to come.
NHPR's Director of Information Technology William Nichols shot this video as the tower toppled down.
The tower, which stood 260 feet, was brought down by removing specific guy wires so that it would fall almost precisely where crews wanted it.
"Here she goes, hold on," one of the contractors can be heard calling out in the video as the tower begins to fall.
