The Influence of Independents

By Laura Knoy on Wednesday, November 15, 2006.

Nationally, these voters are credited with giving the edge to Democrats in this year's elections. Here in New Hampshire, those who register "undeclared" make up our largest voting bloc. Laura's guests are Andy Smith, Director of the UNH Survey Center and Professor of Political Science at UNH and Del Ali, President of Research 2000, a national polling firm based in Maryland that does polls locally here for the Concord Monitor.
