By Laura Knoy on Thursday, March 22, 2001.

Laura talks with Dick Gfottschneider, President of RKG Associates, an economics, planning and real estate consulting firm, (www.rkg1.com) and Brian Gottlob, Principal of Policon Research, an agency focusing on economic and public policy issues.
