Joseph Nadeau is an Associate Justice of the NH Supreme Court, and for several years he?s been traveling abroad teaching developing countries about the US legal system. On behalf of the American Bar Association, he?s been to Central and Eastern Europe, and he recently visited Algeria. He talked about these experiences, the challenges facing Algeria, and how the trips have changed his own work and ideas about the law.
