Join NHPR on August 24, in Colebrook, N.H. during the 21st North Country Moose Festival. Visit the NHPR table at the street fair to meet a member of NHPR's team! The festival which will take place August 24, 25 and 26 and is established to gather and celebrate the historic creature of the moose.
A bench has been erected and positioned on the grounds of the Pillsbury building in Concord in honor of Richard Edmunds, a twenty year New Hampshire Public Radio volunteer, and fellow NHPR volunteers.
Edmunds was one of the gracious volunteers who whole-heartedly dedicated his time to NHPR. Edmunds volunteered in the Underwriting department for 20 years and logged 3,490 hours of service to NHPR. He began volunteering in 1991 after retiring from his banking position and was a NHPR member since 1980.

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule today in the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. Today is the last day of the Court's current term, and the ruling is expected to be released not long after 10 a.m.
