The state attorney general says an arrest has been made in a connection with the death of a Manchester man who was found shot in his car in December.
Manchester police discovered 25-year-old Daniel Langlois inside his sport utility vehicle on Dec. 27 at the intersection of Jane and Nashua streets, after responding to a report of a hit-and-run accident.
Attorney General Joseph Foster said on Sunday night, police arrested 27-year-old Jesus "Scoobie" Fernandez of Manchester on a charge of reckless second-degree murder.
Fernandez's arraignment was expected to take place Monday. It wasn't immediately known if he a lawyer.
