China's Extensive Rail System Heads West To Europe

A new report from the World Bank says China’s high-speed rail network is a remarkable feat. Rail is a big part of China’s overall economic strategy — laying down new routes from Central and Western China to Europe. The BBC’s China editor Carrie Gracie brings us this report.
